Have fresh, hot caramel corn anytime. Break it out when its time for the home movies! Makes great caramel corn! Just add to your oil before you put your popcorn in the popper.
Try dry roasted peanuts in the mix for something a little different.
Add roughly 4oz to the popper after the 5 tablespoons of oil is heated up. Once the glaze melts in with the oil, add the unpopped kernels. 4oz (1/2 cup) of unpopped kernels will pop 5 – 6 quarts of popped popcorn. Please let us know if this helps. If it is burning too quickly you may need to either use more oil or less glaze. Please let us know if this helps!
*Please note that this is not intended to be used by itself and heated up in a microwave. Please be sure to follow the recommended instructions.
For larger portions, the recipe to follow is adding ½ cup oil, then ¾ cup corn, followed by ¾ cup of the caramel glaze.
